Why I Built This Site...... And What I’m Working Toward

Over the past few years, I’ve become more focused on where I want my career to go and the kind of impact I want to make. I’ve spent my career leading complex IT programs, strengthening governance, and helping organizations modernize, and now I’m stepping into a phase where I want to be more intentional about how I show up as a leader.

This site is part of that shift.

I built it to create a space where I can share what I’ve learned, reflect on the challenges I see across programs, and document the principles that guide my work. It is also a way to push myself forward, grow into the next level of program leadership, and build a stronger, more visible professional identity.

My goals are simple. I want to continue moving into senior program management roles, take on larger modernization efforts, and contribute to organizations that value clarity, structure, and thoughtful delivery. Writing about these topics helps me sharpen my thinking, stay engaged in the field, and build a voice around the work I care about.

The blog is a big part of that. It gives me a place to explore ideas around modernization, governance, cloud transformation, and AI, all of which are shaping the future of program management. Sharing these insights publicly helps me grow, and it also helps me connect with others who are navigating similar challenges.
